By documenting standard agreements the NLRS make it possible to uniformly secure information in a Revit model. By applying these standards, order is created in the information structure and the exchange of information between parties becomes unambiguous, efficient and less prone to error. The NLRS contains agreements about Naming, Object Styles, Parameters, Mapping, General modeling rules and Documentation.
Version 3.1.1 reflects the latest status of the NLRS. This version aligns with the ILS O&E, Aedes UVIP ILS, and various other standards. Naming conventions have been further standardized, and the NLRS has been updated for Revit version 2026. Additionally, RS v1.1.1 has been implemented.
Earlier versions of the NLRS can still be downloaded from the drop-down menu.
